We visited 2 days back with 2 children and my husband. The stay was ok except while returning back home , we realised we had left our sons backpack contains his board games and books . On contacting them they told they have it in the room and hadn’t bothered to inform us .( so that we could have driven back), we traveled back to Gurgaon and realised the bag was missing. We asked them to courier us and we would pay for the charges and Mr Sonu agreed . But after the initial agreement, he is neither receiving our calls not responding to our msg. This is utterly unacceptable and unprofessional. Atleast he should inform us what ever is the issue. Still trying to get my backpack.. Disappointed and dissatisfied

The hotel has no restrictions oj people drinking, playing music, and dancing outside, hence it was noisy all night, (please note just because of 1 group of guys) . Reception doesn’t pick calls at night, desired fool isn’t available. Peeling off walls, broken faucets. DONT TRY WITH FAM.

Please don't be fooled by its positive reviews on Google or mmt. We stayed here for a night and had a pathetic experience. Jacuzzi in bathroom was leaking and staff didn't respond to complaint. Rooms were not clean, service was very slow and worst of it was the staff attitude.

We stayed for two days here , i will never recommend this resort to any one ,, please please i request evryone dont stay here , they just take your money and make false commitment , they took the amount of our jungle safari and at the time when we were going, we got to know there is no confirmation of booking after that they just switched of the phone and then they said we will refund you the amount and at the time of checkout, they refused to refund the amount. And when we are trying to communicate they just left the resort and switched off there phone.. We sufferred , so i request please dont choose this place.. our trip is spoiled , i dont want yours trip gets spoiled..

We stayed for 5 nights there in the month of July 2021. The ambience of the resort is very beautiful and full of flora. The cottage is spacious and OK with me. Their Kitchen service is very prompt. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served on time. Food is delicious with variety of cuisines. Staff is good and provides help in need. The major problem is power supply. Outages are very often. We have to spent one night without sleep. Generator service is not very prompt but sooner or later they ON it. Another big issue is their financial dealings. We faced it as full information were not supplied at the time of booking. This might come as a shocker to you. Wifi is weak. But again their on ground service makes it a place to be in.
